Shipping Policy

All items are shipped by Royal Mail. You can select the delivery timescales in your shopping cart. Most items have a 1 week turnaround, but please message me if you require a fast delivery. This usually depends on whether I have all the vinyl and items in stock that I need to make your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you are not happy with your product, please contact me. I am happy to issue a refund, should you be dissatisfied, or I will organise an exchange. I do my best to ensure all items are made to an excellent standard and I hope all my customers are thrilled with their products. I have received excellent 5 star reviews so far from my other Etsy store.
